ABOUT

STREET LAW REVOLUTION is a comprehensive, culturally relevant, trauma-informed curriculum offered by JUSTUS JUNKIE, INC, which teaches the Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution to African-American teens ages 13 – 18 in Chicago. 

MISSION

STREET LAW REVOLUTION seeks to educate, equip and empower Black and brown teens to stay safe when stopped by police and stay out of the snares of the criminal justice system by teaching them the through practical, impactful ways. 

IMPACT

STREET LAW REVOLUTION has reached into schools, non-profit organizations, churches, and youth organizations in order to serve over 2500 teens and young adults.  Students who have undergone the entire curriculum report the following:

Feel confident that they could control their emotions during a police stop

Results are based on 5 sessions with 100 high school seniors at EPIC Academy Charter School
